Under the school program run by the Rajasthan Samagra Kalyan Sansthan a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was recently organized for the parents of the girls enrolled in the program. The main objective of this meeting was to ensure the active participation of parents in their daughters’ education, progress, and overall development. The institute believes that when families and educational institutions work together, children’s futures become stronger and brighter.
During the PTM, teachers discussed each girl’s academic performance, attendance, behavior, and interests in detail. Parents were informed about their daughters’ learning process, achievements, and areas requiring improvement. This dialogue helped parents understand how their regular involvement can improve their daughters’ confidence and performance.
The meeting also focused on the mental, social, and emotional development of the girls, in addition to their academic progress. Teachers explained to parents the importance of creating a conducive learning environment at home, developing regular study habits, and providing positive encouragement. Discussions also included the balanced use of digital devices, hygiene, time management, and moral values.
A significant feature of this PTM was that parents had the opportunity to express their views freely. They shared their challenges, aspirations, and suggestions related to their daughters. This two-way communication helped teachers better understand the girls’ family backgrounds and needs, enabling them to create more effective future educational plans.
The Rajasthan Samagra Kalyan Sansthan’s objective is not limited to education alone, but also to empower girls and make them self-reliant and aware citizens. In line with this vision, the PTM also included awareness sessions on the importance of girls’ education, regular attendance, prevention of child marriage, and girls’ rights. Parents were given the message that investing in their daughters’ education is the strongest foundation for their safe and successful future.
At the end of the meeting, parents appreciated this initiative and expressed their gratitude for the efforts of the institute and the teachers. They also assured their full cooperation in their daughters’ education and development. This collaborative initiative further strengthens the trust and cooperation between the school and the families. Ultimately, this Parent-Teacher Meeting proved to be a significant step towards a brighter future for the girls. The school program run by the Rajasthan Samagra Kalyan Sansthan will continue to make such efforts to ensure that every girl receives quality education, a safe environment, and equal opportunities to progress.
