Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) is a Grassroots Indian Non Profit organization (NGO) Situated at the FootHill of Aravali Range in Holy City Ajmer District of Rajasthan state.
The organization was founded in the year 1992, by the group of young sensitive youths in the interest of the society. RSKS A pioneer organization helping marginalized women & Girls in India.
RSKS is a pioneer in promotion of Women Empowerment, Sustainable Livelihood, Girls Education, Disability, Gender Equality, Child Rights & Welfare, Agriculture, Environmental and Water issues for the Marginalized & deprived sections of the community.
RSKS is registered a society under the societies Registration act 1958 (Rule – 28). The Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), 2010. 12A and 80G section of Income Tax Act, 1961.iso-9001-2008 certified and Also 2014 & 2015 Top Rated Great Nonprofit.
RSKS India Has Been Granted Special Consultative Status (2015) By The Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of The United Nation.

Hindi is not merely a language; it is a powerful medium for expressing our culture, traditions, emotions, and ideas. The Hindi language has played a pivotal role in connecting diverse sections of society and enabling the clear and effective communication of thoughts. It is essential to foster love, respect, and interest for the Hindi language among children—especially girls—so that they remain connected to their language and culture. With this objective in mind, World Hindi Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm alongside the girls at the Pathshala (learning center) run by the Rajasthan Samagrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India).
On the occasion of World Hindi Day, a dialogue regarding the importance and utility of the Hindi language was held with the girls. They were taught that language serves as a vital medium for expressing our thoughts and emotions. Hindi is an integral part of our daily lives, encompassing conversation, education, literature, and social interaction. Instilling a sense of respect for one’s mother tongue and national language from childhood helps children stay connected to their cultural identity.
During the program, the girls were encouraged to read, write, and speak in Hindi. Teachers endeavored to cultivate the girls’ interest in the language through simple yet engaging activities. The significance of Hindi words, sentences, and forms of expression was explained to them, and they were motivated to articulate their thoughts clearly in Hindi. Such activities not only boost the girls’ confidence in using the language but also help develop their creative potential.
The celebration of World Hindi Day was not limited to marking a single day; it also served as an opportunity to instill a sense of pride and respect for their language in the girls. They participated enthusiastically and shared their views on Hindi. For them, the event provided a positive platform to speak in their own language and express their emotions. Through this program, the girls were encouraged to use Hindi extensively and to play an active role in learning and promoting it.
Hindi literature also opens up a vast world of knowledge and creativity for us. Stories, poems, folk songs, and literary works can play a vital role in fostering imagination, sensitivity, and creative thinking in children. Therefore, connecting girls with Hindi literature can be beneficial for their academic and personal growth. Educational centers like Pathshalas provide children with opportunities to learn while also understanding their language and culture.
Various activities are regularly organized in the Pathshalas run by RSKS India to support the academic and holistic development of girls. Alongside formal education, emphasis is placed on cultivating self-confidence, creativity, communication skills, and social awareness among them. The celebration of World Hindi Day was part of this ongoing effort, aiming to acquaint the girls with the significance of the Hindi language and instill in them a sense of respect for their own language.
In today’s digital age, children are increasingly engaging with diverse languages. At such a time, it is our responsibility to understand and respect our own language. To promote Hindi, it is essential for children and youth to read, write, and speak in the language and to express their creativity through it. When children respect their language, they forge a stronger connection with their culture and heritage.

Towards a Bright Future through Discipline and Values: An Inspiring Camp for Children from Slum Areas

Children are the most invaluable asset of any society and nation. Their personalities are shaped not only by education but also by good values, discipline, and a positive mindset. Opportunities that introduce children—especially those living in slum areas—to the right life values and foster self-confidence, a sense of responsibility, and good citizenship are crucial. With this objective in mind, the Rajasthan Samagrah Kalyan Sanstha organized a camp focused on discipline and values for children in a slum area; approximately 300 children participated with great enthusiasm.
The primary aim of the camp was to raise awareness among children about discipline, moral values, and a positive lifestyle. Through simple and engaging methods, the children were taught that discipline is not merely about following rules but serves as a vital foundation for an organized, successful, and balanced life. They were educated on the importance of punctuality, maintaining a regular routine, hygiene, and responsible behavior. They were told that small, good habits can lead to significant changes in the future.
The program encouraged children to respect their elders, foster a spirit of mutual cooperation, and remain sensitive towards others. It was explained that respectful behavior and a cooperative attitude within the family, school, and society strengthen an individual’s character. Furthermore, they were told that good values empower individuals to face life’s challenges and help them establish a positive identity in society.
During the camp, the children were also made aware of the importance of education. They were motivated to attend school regularly, focus on their studies, and strive continuously to achieve their dreams. The message conveyed was that education is not just a means to acquire knowledge but a crucial step towards becoming self-reliant and responsible citizens. The children enthusiastically embraced this message and pledged to make education an integral part of their lives.
Special emphasis was placed on active participation by the children to ensure the program was engaging and effective. The children participated enthusiastically in various activities and shared their thoughts. These activities aimed to foster positive thinking, self-confidence, and a sense of responsibility among them. The excitement and joy on the children’s faces demonstrated how such programs infuse new energy and inspiration into their lives.
Camps focused on discipline and values prove to be extremely beneficial for children living in slum areas. When qualities such as discipline, respect, cleanliness, and responsibility are instilled in children from an early age, they grow up to become conscious and responsible citizens of society.

Parental Involvement in Education: Dialogue through PTM at the Center

Effective communication and collaboration among schools, teachers, and parents are crucial for ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of girls’ education. When parents actively engage with matters concerning their daughters’ studies and academic growth, the girls receive the encouragement and support they need for their education. With this objective in mind, a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was organized for the parents and guardians of all girls attending the ‘Lado Balika Center,’ run by the Rajasthan Samagrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India). The primary aim of the meeting was to establish direct dialogue with parents and to share information and ideas regarding key aspects of the girls’ education.
During the PTM, teachers from the Laado Balika Center engaged in open conversations with the parents. They gathered information about the girls’ education and sought to understand how much time the girls dedicate to studying at home, the challenges they face in their studies, and the support they receive from their families. Parents were also given the opportunity to express their views and share their own experiences regarding their daughters’ education.
The meeting also served to raise awareness among parents about the importance of girls’ education. It was emphasized that a girl’s education is not limited to school attendance; a positive home environment plays a vital role in her learning and development. If parents make time for their daughters’ studies, listen to them, and offer encouragement, it can boost the girls’ self-confidence and motivate them to take their education more seriously. Family support inspires girls to move forward toward achieving their future dreams and goals.
Discussions during the PTM also covered topics such as the girls’ regular attendance and educational progress. Parents were encouraged to send their daughters to the Laado Balika Center regularly and to support them in maintaining an interest in their studies. Through dialogue between female teachers and parents, the needs of the girls were understood, and possibilities for better collaboration regarding their educational development were explored.
A key aspect of such dialogue programs is that they strengthen the bond of trust and cooperation between parents and teachers. Teachers can inform parents about the girls’ education and center-related activities, while parents can share insights regarding their daughters’ home and social environments. This dialogue between the two parties can help advance the girls’ education more effectively.
Through the Laado Balika Center, RSKS India is continuously striving to connect girls with education and foster their holistic development. Alongside academics, the organization’s efforts focus on building self-confidence, life skills, and leadership qualities in the girls, as well as raising awareness about their rights. New hope on the path of education: Distribution of educational materials to girls.

Education is every child’s right, and the education of girls serves as a crucial cornerstone for societal development. Many girls from economically disadvantaged families often lack access to necessary educational materials during their studies, which can hinder their educational progress. Addressing this need, Rajasthan Samagrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) distributed essential educational supplies to approximately 100 underprivileged girls attending rural schools. The primary objective of this initiative was to integrate economically disadvantaged and marginalized girls into the educational system and encourage them to continue their studies without interruption.
During the program, the girls were provided with essential items such as school bags, notebooks, textbooks, stationery, pens, pencils, and geometry boxes. Their faces lit up with joy and enthusiasm upon receiving these supplies. For them, these materials represented more than just academic tools; they served as a source of encouragement to pursue their education and realize their dreams. Meeting the costs associated with education is often a challenge for many impoverished families. Consequently, the provision of these essential materials ensured the girls had the necessary resources to study effectively and focus better on their education.
Rajasthan Samagrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) consistently strives at various levels to bring girls from rural and marginalized communities into the fold of education. The organization believes that a girl’s education extends beyond personal growth; an educated girl can make significant contributions to the development of her family and society. “My Voice, My Leadership, My Future”

A life skills and leadership training program was organized at the Laado Balika Center, run by the Rajasthan Samagrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India), with a focus on the holistic development of the girls. The objective of the program went beyond mere education; it aimed to foster self-confidence, leadership qualities, decision-making abilities, positive thinking, and the skill to articulate thoughts effectively. Throughout the program, the girls participated enthusiastically in various activities, expressing their ideas and talents creatively.
The program began with a group meeting where the girls discussed their experiences, interests, challenges, and future aspirations. Such meetings provide a platform for girls to speak openly and build the confidence to communicate effectively. They were taught that clearly expressing one’s views, listening attentively to others, and collaboratively seeking solutions are key traits of a good leader.
A ‘selfie activity’ was also conducted, giving the girls an opportunity to express their identity, self-confidence, and positive mindset. This activity was not merely for entertainment; by linking it to self-expression and confidence, the girls were encouraged to recognize their own capabilities. They participated with enthusiasm and shared their experiences.
A drawing activity added a creative and engaging dimension to the program. The girls expressed their thoughts, dreams, and emotions through colors and images. Activities like drawing allow children to develop their imagination, think independently, and express themselves creatively. The girls’ creative participation demonstrated that, given the right opportunities and guidance, they can effectively showcase their talents.
A signature campaign was also organized during the program to introduce the girls to concepts of social awareness, responsibility, and the importance of collective participation. By taking part in the campaign, the girls aligned their voices and participation with a shared cause. This fostered a sense of understanding that every individual’s participation is crucial for bringing about positive change in society. A key objective of life skills and leadership training is to prepare girls to face the challenges of daily life with self-confidence. Life skills help girls make decisions, understand problems, communicate, collaborate, and maintain a positive attitude. Leadership skills encourage them to understand their responsibilities, work within a group, and take the initiative when necessary.
Through this program organized by RSKS India, girls were made aware of their rights and responsibilities. They were encouraged to value education, self-reliance, and equal opportunities, and to adopt a positive outlook toward their futures. The program aims to foster girls who can make decisions with confidence, express their views, and play a positive role in society.
The Laado Balika Center is emerging as a vital platform for girls to learn, communicate, and nurture their talents. Through life skills training, leadership development, and creative activities, they are gaining opportunities to identify their dreams and work towards realizing them.
