Dear Reader Namaste!
Many Greetings from RSKS India….
In a developing country like India, education is a right for all, but due to social and economic disparities, even today many poor, orphan, and dropout children are deprived of education. Especially in rural areas, many types of challenges are faced regarding the education of girls – sometimes financial constraints, sometimes social barriers, and sometimes lack of resources. In view of these challenges, RSKS India has taken a commendable initiative which aims to build a bright future for poor girls and other deprived children studying in rural schools by providing them educational assistance.
RSKS India recently organized a special program, under which school kits were distributed to poor, dropout, orphan and backward class children studying in selected rural schools. This school kit included essential items like school bags, copies, books, stationery materials, colors, pens, and exam writing boards. All these materials were provided to the children free of cost, so that they can join the mainstream of education and there is no hindrance in their studies.
This initiative not only provided financial relief to the children, but also increased their enthusiasm and confidence towards education. They are now more motivated to come to school, as they have all the necessary resources that a student needs. Girls in particular have greatly benefited from this support, as in rural areas, education for girls is often not a priority.
This initiative of RSKS is an important step towards the all-round development of children. A good education is not just a medium of knowledge, but it also helps a person to become a self-reliant, aware and empowered citizen. The message given through this initiative is that every child should study and progress – no matter what background he or she comes from.
Other organizations and individuals of the society should also take inspiration from RSKS India and participate in such activities, so that we can all together build an educated, empowered and inclusive India. This flame of education will keep burning only when every section of the society contributes to it and provides help to the needy.
“Where there is education, there is progress” – following this principle, RSKS India has once again set an example of social service.
