A significant Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was recently organized at the school operated by RSKS India, in which the parents and guardians of the girls actively participated. This meeting was not merely a formal event; rather, it served as a platform for meaningful dialogue regarding the education, development, and future of the girls.
The primary objective of this PTM was to discuss the students’ academic progress, attendance, behavior, and overall development. The teachers shared detailed information regarding each student’s academic advancement, highlighting both her strengths and areas requiring improvement. Additionally, parents were advised on the kind of home environment that could be most conducive to their children’s studies and personality development.
During the meeting, parents also shared their thoughts and suggestions. They appreciated the efforts being undertaken by the school and pledged their support to make the girls’ education even more effective. Several parents also noted that RSKS India’s initiative has instilled a greater sense of self-confidence and a keen interest in learning within their daughters.
The teachers specifically emphasized that girls’ education should not be limited solely to academic knowledge; rather, it is essential to guide them toward acquiring life skills, moral values, and self-reliance. To this end, the school regularly organizes various activities and training programs.
This PTM played a pivotal role in fostering better coordination between teachers and parents. It is only when the home and the school work in tandem that a child’s holistic development becomes truly possible. This initiative by RSKS India is undoubtedly strengthening the foundation for a bright future for these girls.
In conclusion, everyone present agreed that such PTMs should be conducted on a regular basis to ensure continuous monitoring of the children’s progress and to guide them effectively in the right direction.
