Several newborn girls were warmly welcomed at the Pathshala program, organized under the aegis of RSKS India. In such an environment, this welcome program organized by RSKS India for the birth of a girl child is an important step towards positive change in society.

Women, girls, and children from the community participated enthusiastically during the program. The newborn girl child was symbolically honored, greeted, and blessed. This conveyed the message that every child—whether son or daughter—is the greatest responsibility and joy of the family and society.
