Marking a significant initiative aimed at empowering girls—making them self-reliant, aware, and strong in their leadership capabilities—a three-day skill-building and leadership training program was organized for the girls and young female leaders of the Laado Balika Center. The objective of this training was to instill self-confidence in the girls, foster their leadership skills, and prepare them to face both social and personal challenges.

During the training program, expert guidance was provided on a diverse range of subjects. The girls were introduced to crucial topics such as effective communication skills, teamwork, decision-making abilities, personality development, time management, digital awareness, and social leadership. The training featured group activities, role-playing exercises, discussion sessions, and motivational activities, in which the girls participated enthusiastically, gaining new insights and knowledge.

A standout feature of this program was that the girls were not merely provided with theoretical knowledge; they were also given the opportunity to develop a genuine understanding of leadership through practical, hands-on activities. Throughout the training, the girls openly shared their thoughts and cultivated a positive perspective regarding the role of girls within society. This process further strengthened their self-confidence and their sense of responsibility.

At the conclusion of the three-day training program, certificates were distributed to all the participants. Upon receiving their certificates, expressions of joy and pride were clearly visible on the girls’ faces. This recognition served as a source of inspiration for them, empowering them to move forward in the future with even greater enthusiasm. During the event, the trainers and representatives of the organization encouraged the girls to make continuous efforts to fulfill their dreams and to bring about positive change within society.

The organization continues to undertake significant work in the fields of girls’ education, women’s empowerment, and youth leadership development. The organization firmly believes that if girls are provided with the right opportunities, education, and guidance, they can play a pivotal role in the development of both society and the nation.

This training program proved to be not only a medium for skill development but also an inspiring step toward ensuring a bright future and fostering empowered leadership among girls.
