A “Professional Development and Capacity Building Session” was organized by RSKS India in an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm. The primary objective of this program was to facilitate project orientation, foster team building, and strengthen the operational efficiency of the teachers and staff. All teachers from the Laado Balika Kendra, school teachers, and the entire staff of RSKS India actively participated in the event.

The program commenced with a welcome session, during which the organization’s objectives, operational methodology, and ongoing efforts in the fields of education and girl child empowerment were discussed in detail. Expert trainers provided the participants with insights into project management, leadership capabilities, communication skills, and the importance of team spirit. Throughout the training, participants were also provided with practical experience through various activities and group discussions.

During the session, it was specifically emphasized that the success of any institution depends on the competence, spirit of cooperation, and positive mindset of its employees and teachers. Through team-building activities, all participants further strengthened their mutual coordination, trust, and spirit of collaboration. Sharing their experiences, the teachers remarked that such training programs provide a new direction and renewed energy to their work.

During the program, special discussions were also held regarding girl child education, community engagement, and quality teaching methodologies. Participants were made to understand that education is not merely a medium for imparting knowledge, but a powerful instrument for bringing about positive change in society. This initiative, organized by RSKS India, is expected to prove instrumental in effectively advancing the institution’s objectives, alongside fostering the personal development of the teachers and staff.

At the conclusion of the program, the enthusiasm and active participation of all attendees were highly appreciated. The organizers announced that certificates would be distributed to all participants upon the completion of the training, as a means of recognizing their learning and engagement.

This program proved to be not only informative but also an inspiring experience for all participants. RSK India intends to continue organizing such training and capacity-building programs in the future, with the aim of achieving even better results in the fields of education and social development.
