While the empowerment of daughters is a frequently discussed topic in society, these efforts become even more impactful when accompanied by a father’s support. The “Positive Fatherhood Program,” organized by RSKS India at the Lado Balika Center, emerged as an inspiring initiative in this very direction, further strengthening the bond between fathers and their daughters.

The fathers of all the girls enthusiastically participated in this program. This sight was truly special in itself, as fathers are often unable to attend such events due to work commitments and social obligations. However, this initiative offered them a precious opportunity to play an active role in their daughters’ lives.

The primary objective of the program was to help fathers understand the critical importance of their involvement in their daughters’ self-confidence, education, and psychological development. When a father supports his daughter, listens to her, and encourages her to move forward, she becomes ready to face any challenge that comes her way.
