Dear Reader Namaste!
Many Greetings from RSKS India….
Nature is the foundation of human life. The greenery around us—trees, plants, climate, and atmosphere—together make the earth livable. However, increasing pollution, deforestation, and urbanization have put the environment in serious crisis. In response, the “Har Ghar Paudropan Abhiyan” campaign by Rajasthan Samagra Kalyan Sansthan brings new hope by encouraging every family to plant at least one tree. This campaign especially involves school children to instill a sense of environmental protection from an early age.
During this one-day campaign, children actively planted saplings and took a pledge to protect and nurture them. The institute’s workers explained how plants not only purify the environment but also provide oxygen, shade, fruits, flowers, and natural beauty. By entrusting children with the responsibility of caring for their planted saplings, the campaign builds emotional and social bonding with nature, fostering love and accountability towards the environment.
Today, the environment is becoming unbalanced due to the lack of trees, leading to climate change, reduced rainfall, global warming, and destruction of animal habitats. The campaign emphasizes that if every household plants a tree, it will increase greenery, improve the environment, and create a safer and more balanced life. Rajasthan Samagra Kalyan Sansthan believes that adopting the principle of “one plant, one life” can protect the earth and provide clean air, pure water, and a green future for coming generations.
The enthusiastic participation of local school children in the campaign shows the promise of a greener future. Volunteers explained the importance of tree plantation in simple terms and inspired children to pledge the planting and care of trees at their homes. This small initiative has the potential to create a large wave of greenery. Remember, “a plant is not just a tree, but a symbol of life.” Let us all pledge to plant one tree in every home as our promise toward a greener planet.
