Basically some Rural women and girls lack entrepreneurial skills as they are not well educated and they do not have past experience of getting out from house to work. These women are not able to show their true potential to anyone as they keep their feelings, their emotions, their thinking with themselves only as they think that they will not be heard by anyone because from their childhood they are told to listen to the men of the family. These women and girls can learn skills but they do not know how to showcase their skills in a proper way.

Keeping all this in view, RSKS India conducted Life skill training and Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) with the trainees of Beauty parlour and garment making training program conducted by RSKS India. In this training all the girls and women participated actively. In this training the women were told about the essentials of conceiving, planning, initiating and launching an economic activity or an enterprise successfully. Along with this the girls and women were also told about how to express themselves in front of anyone and also how to tackle everyday situations with ease. In this training the entrepreneurial experts were called by RSKS India and they shared their experience with the trainees.

The narrow mind of the rural girls and women was converted into a broad mind. The girls and women started thinking optimistic and also discussed their future plans for employment as they got ideas from the successful entrepreneurs. Now these women and girls will be able to show their true potential and they will be able to express their thoughts easily. These women will be able to solve their daily problems with ease.
