The women and girl trainees at Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan’s Beautician Vocational Education School faced challenges related to self-esteem and confidence. Many trainees came from diverse backgrounds and lacked opportunities for self-expression and bonding. This impacted their overall learning experience and potential for personal growth within the beauty industry.
In an effort to address these challenges and create a positive and empowering environment, the team members of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organized a vibrant event called “SAWAN MOHATSAV” at the Beautician Vocational Education School. This event aimed to boost the trainees’ morale and confidence while fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among them. During “SAWAN MOHATSAV,” trainees were provided a platform to showcase their talents through a fashion show, dance performances, singing, and other fun activities. This allowed them to express themselves creatively and build self-confidence in front of their peers. Additionally, the event included team-building exercises and interactive games that encouraged trainees to collaborate and bond with one another. The event concluded with a delicious meal that was enjoyed by all, providing a celebratory atmosphere and a sense of togetherness.
“SAWAN MOHATSAV” had a significant impact on the trainees of the Beautician Vocational Education School. The event successfully boosted their morale, enhanced their self-confidence, and helped them shed inhibitions. Trainees who were initially reserved gained the courage to participate in various activities, showcasing their talents and receiving positive feedback from their peers. The event also fostered a strong sense of community and unity among the trainees. Furthermore, “SAWAN MOHATSAV” highlighted Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan’s commitment to holistic development, going beyond vocational training to nurture the trainees’ personal growth.
