In mostly rural areas, educational resources and engagement methods are often limited, affecting the quality of education for children. The Pathshala School run by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) started overcoming the challenge of providing interactive and engaging learning experiences for its students, particularly rural girl children. Traditional teaching methods didn’t effectively capture the attention and curiosity of these students, hindering their learning outcomes.

To address this challenge and enhance the learning experience of the rural girl children at the Pathshala School, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan’s interns devised an innovative solution. The interns took the initiative to create educational models that were designed to be visually engaging, interactive, and educational. These models covered various subjects and concepts, making learning more practical and enjoyable for the students. The interns used locally available materials to construct the models, ensuring that they were cost-effective and sustainable. The models were aligned with the curriculum and aimed to simplify complex ideas, making learning more accessible and fun for the rural girl children.

The impact of the interns’ initiative was profound and multi-faceted. Firstly, the educational models transformed the learning experience for the rural girl children at the Pathshala School.
