KCE offers comprehensive healthcare services, including access to sanitary pads, reproductive health education, and counselling support. By addressing these issues, Ntaiya ensures that girls can attend school without interruption, breaking down barriers and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Ntaiya understands the power of mentorship. Through KCE, she connects girls with successful Maasai women who have defied societal norms and achieved remarkable work. These mentors serve as role models, inspiring the girls to dream big and challenge the limitations imposed upon them. Ntaiya believes that by showcasing successful women from their own community, she can ignite a spark of ambition and empower girls to believe in their own capabilities.

The impact of Ntaiya’s work is undeniable. She has transformed the lives of over 300 girls, empowering them with the tools and knowledge to break free from the chains of poverty and inequality.
